THE PLANNER

ARE YOU READY?

START FROM WHERE YOU ARE

"LEVERS AND VALVES"

THE RIGHT TARGETS

THE RIGHT WORK

THE RIGHT IMPLEMENTATION STRUCTURE

Its all talk until it is implemented

Organizations are optimally designed to do what the do now

Plans, and the work defined in the plan, demand that the organization does something new

Organizations don't do new things (easily, well, happily, quickly, sometimes at all)

Changes in the organization are needed to do the work defined by the plan

Unless the enterprise is willing to make those changes, they have wasted their planning effort
