He has identified and implemented process improvements that have resulted in increased throughput, reduced headcount, lower activity costs and improved profitability.
Additionally, he has implemented MRP/ERP information systems at multiple companies ranging in size from start-ups to $1.2 billion in revenue. Steve was most recently CFO of an international e-commerce company and holds a MBA from Cornell University. |
